    1. About us and this Privacy Policy

We recognize that you, as a user of our website(s) (“Website”) or a SLINK service (“Service”), value your privacy.  This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect and use the personal information you provide to us.

This Privacy Policy covers the personal information gathered by us when you use or access the Services, or when you use a short link be generated by us. It does not apply to information collected by us through other means or by third parties linked to the Site.

When You Register for a Slink Account

When you create an Account, we may collect the following information from you, such as your Email, user’s name and password. If you create an Account using your login from a third-party account, such as Google, Facebook, we will access and collect the personal information about you that the third-party account provides (which is based on your privacy settings with the third-party account), so that you can log into your Account with us. We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your Account, your activities on our Site and Services and policy changes (if necessary). You may unsubscribe from receiving certain types of these messages through your Account settings.

When you Create a Short Link

Users can create short links without registering for an account.  When you create a short link, we collect and store both the original URL and the shortened URL and, if you are logged in to your Account, we will associate that information with your Account. We also collect and store your IP address, your location, which we derive from your IP address, the time and date on which you shortened the original URL, and if you share the short link you created on a social networking platform, the name of the platform and your username on that platform shall also be obtained by us.

When customer use of the short link

When customer use of the short link created through our services, we will automatically collect the following information: (1) the IP address and location derived from the IP address; (2) the time and date of each access; (3) the device setting, including but not limit to browser version, operating system and language, device type and brand; (4) information about sharing of the short link on third party. When a customer uses the short link we are acting as data processor, Customer are required to abide by the term of this Privacy Policy, our services users need to provide appropriate privacy notice to inform who will collect the data and how the data will be used.

Do Not Track Option

Do not track is a function that allows visitors to opt out from being tracked by websites for any purpose. Do not track options are available in a number of browsers including:
